VOLLEYBALL - Congratulations to our jr. high volleyball teams! Both seventh and eighth grade teams had great seasons!! Eighth grade volleyball team was the County Tournament Runner-up and seventh grade volleyball team won the County Championship.

POETRY ALIVE - Students will have an assembly Wednesday, October 21st featuring poetry.

THANK YOU - The teachers and staff would like to thank all who brought in food for Parent-Teacher Conferences. Thank you Kim Kearns and Lana Spung for organizing and setting up the food for the evening.

- Reading is Fundamental book distribution was Monday, October 12th. We thank the American Legion Auxiliary Unit #389 for providing this much appreciated program.

FIRE PREVENTION POSTER AND ESSAY WINNERS- Congratulations to the following students for being selected as first and second place winners of the Beverly Volunteer Fire Dept. Fire Prevention Contest. Winners and their families were guests at the annual fire prevention pancake breakfast on Sunday, October 11th.

BAND HALF TIME SHOW - The Waterford Wildcat Pride Marching Band will be performing their half time show at 2:00 p.m. October 30th before the Halloween Parties.

ROOM MOTHER HALLOWEEN PARTY - The Halloween parties will be held Friday, October 30th at 2:30 p.m. Students will parade their costumes around the parking lot after the band half time show.

TRICK OR TREAT - Friday, October 30th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

FARM CITY DAY - 5th Graders attended the 20th Annual Farm City Day held at the Schramm Dairy Farm on Thursday, October 8th . This is always an enjoyable and informative day for our students.

LOST AND FOUND - There are a lot of jackets, sweatshirts and hoodies that have been left at school. If your child has lost an item, please check out the lost and found.

ANTIQUE APPRAISAL - 9:00 a.m. to Noon, Saturday, October 31st at Waterford Elementary. First item appraised costs $5.00, second item is $3.00. Sponsored by the Lower Muskingum Historical Society with the proceeds to benefit the Oliver Tucker Museum.

DISMISSAL - Students will not be released to anyone other than a parent without a note or a call from the parent. We must have a note, or a phone call, if the student is to ride another bus (home with another student, daycare, etc.) If we do not hear otherwise, your child will be put on the bus to go home
