PARENT CONFERENCE - Students will be dismissed at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 30. Parent conferences will be scheduled from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. that day. Teachers will inform you of your scheduled conference time. The LEOS Club will offer free babysitting in the school library. THERE WILL BE NO SCHOOL ON THE FOLLOWING DAY - OCTOBER 1.

AFTERNOON CALLS - If you need to call with a message for your child or to send your child somewhere other than home at dismissal, please try to call by 2:45 p.m. Calls made after that are very difficult for the office staff. There is much confusion and it is hard to locate a child or to hold buses while we try.

PICTURES - Daystar Studio will be here to take individual school portraits on Tuesday, Sept. 28 (K-3) and Wednesday Sept. 29 (4-8). Send no money at this time. They will provide a proof later from which to order.
JR. HIGH STUDENT COUNCIL - Students chosen for student council this year are:
Natasha Quimby, Olivia Bellville, Taylor Hilverding, Madison Sury, Chelsey Streigh, Hannah Brown, Tess Teters, Corey Berg, Gabbi Tornes, and Emma Maddocks. Congratulations!

NURSE NOTES: We began fluoride swish this week for those with signed forms. I must have a signed form for each student regardless of whether you want to participate. If you need a new form, just let us know.
We are attempting to complete our files on each student. Please watch for a note concerning missing items and bring in as soon as possible or contact us with questions. Thanks so much for your help. (See reverse side for more health information.)

BAND - The Marching Band went to the Pickerington Invitation Marching Band Festival and came home with second place in Class C and "Best Field Commander". Check out the impressive trophies on the office counter. Congratulations Band!

PTO NEWS - Thanks so much for the wonderful attendance at our Open House. A special thanks to those who volunteered as PTO room mother (K-4), teacher appreciation or fundraiser committee (K-8). If you were unable to sign up and would like to help, send a note or call the office 984-2342. The PTO will be selling Wildcat T shirts and sweat pants. Order forms will be sent home soon with your child. Mark your calendar for a square dance on October 23. More info to come. The Tri C catalog orders are due October 5. We are still looking for anyone interested in serving as a PTO officer before the October 18th meeting. Five officer positions are open. Get involved with your PTO!
