SPRING!!! - Days are getting longer, everything is green and flowers are in bloom. Delightful spring weather is finally here. Students are so happy to play outside.

OHIO ACHIEVEMENT TESTS for grades 3-8 will begin tomorrow, April23rd with 3, 5, 7 Reading; Mon. April 26 4, 6, 8 Reading; Tues. April 27 3, 5, 7 Math; Wed. April 28 4, 6, 8 math; Thurs. April 29 5, 8 Science. Breakfast will be served to all students on their days for testing. It is very important for your child to be in attendance and on time.

THANKS to Mrs. Mary Jane Eichmiller for the donation of a picnic table for our patio. It is a nice addition and much appreciated!

HONOR ROLL - The honor roll for the 3rd nine weeks is on the back of today's WC. FUNDRAISER FOR LITTLE AVA - There will be a Fun Gym Night Saturday, April 24 at the Rock Church (next to Turner's Marathon) from 6:00 - 8:00 p. m. There will be martial arts, games, cake walk, gymnastics, and many carnival activities. All proceeds will go the fund for little Ava Nichols. She has been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor and is currently at St. Jude's Hospital in Tennessee.

ANTIQUE PICTURES - There were not enough orders to complete the Antique Picture fundraiser. $10 deposit will be returned. Sorry for the inconvenience.

2-3 SCIENCE DAY at Camp Hervida. 2nd and 3rd grades will be at Camp Hervida all day Tuesday, May 4. They will be going by bus and lunch will be provided.

AEP - Fourth grade students will be going to Ohio Power in celebration of Earth Day. They will be gone all day and lunch will be provided by AEP.

NURSE NOTES: Our annual Mini Relay for Life will be Friday, May 7th. Look for detailed information to come home regarding the schedule for the day and sending in names to be placed on our Honor/Memory Wall.

*Note to 6th grade students: Watch for mailing regarding a required booster for entrance into seventh grade. The State of Ohio is requiring a Tdap booster (tetanus, diptheria and accellular pertussis).
