WILDCAT CONNECTION - This will be the last WC before Thanksgiving. We have lots to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving!
H1N1 VACCINATION - Monday, November 23rd the Health Department will be here to give H1N1 vaccinations to those with signed permission forms. We will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the commons area with the kindergarten classes and proceed through to eighth grade. No nasal vaccine will be used, only shots will be given on Monday. No child will receive a vaccine without signed permission.
PICTURE MAKE UP - The photographer will be here Tuesday November 24th to photograph students who were absent October 21 and 22 when they were here. There is no money involved at this time. A proof and order form will be sent home. They will also be taking candid shots and special group pictures for the yearbook. (not class groups)
THANKSGIVING BREAK - There will be no school Thurs. Nov. 26 (Thanksgiving Day), Friday, Nov. 27 and Monday, Dec. 28. Classes will resume as usual Tues. Dec.2.
CHOIR NEWS - Jr. High Honor Choir will be performing Saturday at Warren High School. Also, the cookie dough has been delivered. If your child did not bring it home, it will be in the school refrigerator. Please pick it up soon.
BAND NOTES - The Marching Band has been practicing for the annual Beverly-Waterford Christmas parade scheduled for Saturday, November 29. The parade forms at 4:30 at Waterford High School . Band students are to be there at 4:00 p.m. The parade will begin at 5:30 and will end at Dodge Park in Beverly.
TOYS FOR CHILDREN - Deadline for applications is Nov. 21. We have a donation tub in the office for new or gently used toys until December 4.
